Ok since like 12 people actually read my story I'll explain the title.

Rachel is 2 months and 27 days along of an average 3 month pregnancy with one very large alien baby. The context of this image is she was documenting it and this was the day before she delivered.

But my belly never was so big, it only looked 5 months or so, even at the end :)

it might be easier to understand the picture if you know the story behind it. Not to long ago, Olympic-dames wrote a story about a girl who is abducted by aliens and helps them rebuild their population. The pregnancy for thier race is only 3 months instead of 9 for a human. so, part of the reason she is so big for only 2 months and 27 days is she is almost finished with the pregnancy and the other is that OD is a little weird.
